The view of the Sangam is terrific. Mr Jagdish is a very pleasant host and personally looks after the guests. Mr Milind is an excellent cook and made the food. You just need to climb down the hill from the homestay by a staircase and you reach the Prayag. It was a very quiet and peaceful place. The verandah with the grass outside the room was a real bonus.

The location of this homestay is just above the Devprayag Sangam. It is very beautiful to be able to witness the mesmerising confluence of two mighty rivers, the Alaknanda coming all the way from Shri Badrinath and the Bhagirathi, coming from the Gangotri glacier meeting and merging to become the Ganges from the terrace of this homestay without being in a crowd. There are three rooms for hire in this homestay, two are single rooms and one is a Suite. and all three rooms have this fantastic terrace with the view of the Devprayag sangam. Mr Jagdish is very friendly and took personal care of us Mr Milind Gavaskar maintains a home kitchen on payment basis with this homestay. The food was simple, cooked well and tasty. Overall, a very fulfilling experience.
