Colosseum Cozy Nest

You can see the colosseum from your front door!!! Its on a bus route so access around the city is easy. There are several good osterias in easy walking distance. The building has a lift. Although we chose not to cook there, the kitchen area was well equipped, oven, hob, fridge will freezer shelf, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, even had a salad spinner. Shower was a comfortable size and the air con was efficient and quiet. Woohoo. Washing machine complete with washing tablets. Of the 7 places we stopped in Italy this was probably my favourite. The staff were excellent, couldn't have been more helpful.

It was all excellent. The host even provided details of several local places to eat.

Тhe location is excellent - close to the Colosseum. The apartment is quiet, equipped with appliances and utensils for your stay.

The host was over 1 hour late for check in. It was unpleasant to wait, we had a long trip.

First of all, excellent location. 10 minute walk from Colliseo metro station. Easy to get to from the airport. Take the train from the airport to Termini station. At Termini take the blue line metro towards Laurentina, ride 1 stop to Colliseo, exit, use maps to get to the apartment. Simrin the super nice manager met me and showed me the apartment with all the necessary info for a comfortable stay. There are convenience stores steps away from apartment.

Not much I didn't like. The washer doesn't have a dryer so you need to hang your clothes on the collapsible clothes hanger.
