The shower pressure was low and there wasn’t much hot water The main bedroom bed was hard

Easy to access with great photos and info to locate key. Property was clean and very well presented.

My main concern was the lack of WiFi/Internet access which was extremely frustrating as our daughter was recovering from surgery and could not even watch free to air Tv let alone face time her children at home. On contacting the property manager Daniel,(who by the way was extremely helpful & apologetic for the situation)there was not much he could do about the situation. The other issue was the toilet seat which loosely pivoted due to a broken bolt. The final issue and most concerning was the oven/cooktop. All the knob’s and buttons were illegible so no way of knowing how to use it. I did request a partial refund of $200 from the property owner for the inconvenience caused to my daughter due to the connectivity issues which they declined. Please don’t advertise your property as “work from home with high speed internet “ Very deceitful and miserable!
