City Life CentraL Stay & Arbat Street

The flat is in a very good area in a gated community. I would rate this as the best place to stay for families with kids because the facility has a good play-area for kids at the ground floor. The apartment is brand new and it feels and smells fresh! Check-in check out process was super easy. The room was sound proof and the curtains were black-out. The kitchen had all the equipments. TV, dinnning table and all the ammenities you would need for a nice stay. I loved the firm medical mattress! The new sofa cum bed was also comfy! There are many cafes and mini-supermarkets around the place, which makes it very convenient. It's around 15-20mins walking distance from the main Arbat Street. 2 mins away from the Magnum Mall. I would recommend few places: Breakfast : Qaimaq Bakery & Coffee 100mts from Almatym (Try their cake with cheese covering) Street Food : Patso doner 150mts (Try their chicken burger) Coffee : Coffee Original (Americao) Tegin_bazar : Get fresh fruits and veggies. (Same building) Dont miss the Beer Street Bar. They have some nice varietys of beer(Our favorite was the cheery flavour). The Rozmary cafe has the best applecrumble. I can go on and on.

We have stayed in many places so easier to compare. Just few touches: - Would be nice to have 4 bathing towels when there are 4 occupants in the house - Always good to keep some spare tissue rolls - Some basic amenities like coffee powder and tea or a bottle of water would definitely come in handy. Altough we could easily buy them from the near by minimart! - Some city maps or rent a car brochures - When we stay at airbnb like places we always love to hear about the place and about the hidden gems of the area. So some ready information printouts would be great touch.
