Es gibt einen sehr schönen Wintergarten mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Man gegen eine Gebühr von 8€ pro Tag auf dem Parkplatz der Unterkunft stehen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung
Leider ist die Wohnung und das Gebäude etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es wirkte etwas unsauber und lange nicht renoviert. Ungeziefer gab es nicht. Das Bett und die Couch war sehr weich. In der Wohnung roch es stark nach Abfluss.

Emplacement idéal entre les deux côtés de Perros, facilité de parking, résidence calme, proche du marché, d’une belle plage, du coucher de soleil et du centre. Contact rapide avec le loueur qui nous a rapporté ce qui était manquant et nécessaire.
Manque de vaisselle pour 4. La douche est un peu exiguë selon le format des locataires …

Appartamento piccolo ma perfettamente organizzato, con un terrazzino vista mare delizioso (con la possibilità di chiuderlo nella giornata ventose), angolo cottura attrezzato, lavastoviglie e lavatrice
