宿泊施設から歩いて数分のところにあるGuui駅からソウル中心へアクセッスが良い。施設周辺にSeven Elevenなど２４時間経営の店が多くて便利。暗証番号などの案内がメールでスムーズ。設備が多くて便利。

Yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, có không gian chung và riêng. Trạm dừng xe bus gần nhà, trao đổi cùng chủ nhà phản hồi nhanh chóng và dễ dàng. Có 2 phòng ngủ nên có thể ở được 4 người. Giá cả phải chăng.

Địa điểm ga tàu điện tầm 1km, có 2 phòng ngủ, nhưng phòng nhỏ không có điều hòa và nệm hơi bé. Không gian sinh hoạt chung nếu có bàn lớn cho 4 người để có thể ăn uống sẽ lý tưởng hơn.

It was fairly priced. The owner allowed us to check in early because the taxi was so fast! Everything that was built into the place is standard for a newer build in Korea (pin code acess, elevator, heated floors, double thick windows, built in AC units, gas range). Having accessible washer and dryer was a great perk. The water pressure in the shower was subpar considering it's a newer build.

This place is NOT suitable for families, especially families with babies or children. We are a family of four visiting Korea for two weeks with our 10- and 13-year-old children, and what started as an exciting trip quickly turned into a frustrating experience because of this accommodation. The first offense: NO TV. Maybe this doesn’t matter to some people, but when you’re traveling with children, it matters. Your kids are going to be glued to their devices just to stay entertained while they’re back at the accommodation. For a place intended to accommodate families, having absolutely no TV is ridiculous. The second offense triggered everything else. The smell of the bed sheets caused me to investigate the washing machine. That’s when I discovered it was FULL OF MOLD. The filter looked like it had never been cleaned. There was black mold all over the crevices. We actually had to BUY A BRUSH to clean the filters ourselves so that I could feel somewhat comfortable using the washing machine. Then, while putting the filters back, I noticed the metal parts looked suspicious. I scrubbed the crevices where the metal parts meet—and there was EVEN MORE MOLD. At this point, it was only our first night. We were still blissfully happy to be in Korea, so we tried to brush it off. I didn’t even take pictures because I thought, whatever, it can be overlooked. I regret that now. The third offense: THE TRASH BAGS. When we were cleaning up after eating takeout, I noticed there was only ONE FOOD-SCRAP BAG. I asked the owner if we could get more. Her response? “Buy it yourself.” Fine. We went out and bought some. Except they only sell them in packages of 20. We were staying for TWO WEEKS. There was absolutely no way our family was going to use twenty bags worth of food scraps. So we asked again if she could provide more, and while doing so, we gently mentioned the condition of the washing machine.
