-Great location for Parramatta Lanes festival; close to bus stops
-Spacious studio apartment with modern facilities
-Lots of nearby food options (Indian, Thai, cafes) – no need for McDonald’s or Krispy Kreme
-Great shower, big-screen TV, and excellent aircon
-Friendly staff and easy key return
-Comfy bed and spacious fridge
-Slight dust on walls/surfaces, though not enough to feel dusty or dirty
-Bedside tables on both sides would be more helpful than just one
-A shelf or table for toiletries in the bathroom would be useful

Very modern. Has a washing machine. Comfortable.
Check-in took a long time, since they want a deposit and id verification through a website that doesn't work well. There's a kitchen, but there are no pans, so if you don't bring your own (which you probably don't) the kitchen is useless. It's quite far from central Sydney.
