Tullessamme kohteessa oli todella kuuma suomalaiseen makuun, mutta tämä korjattiin heti henkilökunnan toimesta ja saatiin asunto meille mieluisan lämpöiseksi.

Overall, our stay at Polar Snowflake Villa was very good. The owners were highly responsive and helpful, the environment was clean and well maintained, and everything functioned properly. The living room area with the gallery offers a very beautiful view and makes the space visually impressive. However, keeping that area warm was a bit challenging, especially for those not used to temperatures around -20°C — it felt slightly cold. The sauna helps with warming up, but for families with children it is not always practical to use. Another aspect was the number of restrictions: not touching the fireplace and not adjusting the climate controls. The villa would be even more enjoyable if guests were allowed to light the fireplace, as on cold nights it would create a much warmer and cozier atmosphere. Nevertheless, rules are rules and should be respected. Despite these details, the place is highly recommended and well worth a pleasant stay.

Difficulty keeping the living area warm: The living room with the gallery is visually beautiful, but it was hard to maintain a comfortable temperature there. For anyone not used to extreme cold (around -20°C), it can feel quite chilly. Limited heating flexibility: Guests are not allowed to use the fireplace or adjust the climate controls. Being able to light the fireplace, especially on very cold nights, would make the space much warmer and cozier. Sauna not ideal for families with children: While the sauna helps with warming up, it’s not always practical or suitable for use with young children.
