Rumsdale - Luxury Cottage

From the moment you walk through the door it's beautifully furnished, bright, clean and comfortable, with lots of little artistic touches. We loved the views over the trees and it's quiet location. It's a home from home and we really enjoyed our stay.

The hairpin bend was a bit tricky on the ascent and steep. Unfortunately the manor house in front is being renovated and had diggers and heavy machinery operating on 4 days of our stay from around 8.15am, not what you want when you would like a quiet breakfast ! We discovered that the balcony is unstable and needs fixing together on the top front right corner to prevent serious accidents. We avoided leaning on it for obvious reasons!

good place to be, fine and relaxed

A small point of improvement is the missing bathroom electrical outlet for hairdryer/shaver. The heating control needs experts knowledge. And please throw away the old information brochure. WIFI :o)) Es fehlt eine Steckdose im Badezimmer, z.B. für Fön oder Rasierer. Besser 2 Stecker-Adapter für GB mitbringen. Die Kontrolle der "intelligent" gesteuerten Heizung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Danke sehr und freundliche Grüße Thanks a lot kindly regards Silvia and Olaf
