1. The owner was polite and picked me up when Google showed me the wrong direction. Also, he helped me with my bags and didn't rush with check-in papers. I was very tired so I appreciate this gesture a lot. 2. The apartment was clean. It didn't have the shower gel but there was enough liquid soap and more than enough toilet paper. Also, there was a bottle of water and souvenirs. It was very sweet. They have recycle bins so you can recycle with no need to look for the bins outside. 3. I was living alone and I had a lot of space. I think this place is suitable for the family or couple. The apartment has two terraces where you can drink coffee or hang your wet clothes to dry. By the way, they have a washing machine. 4. The Internet was ok and suitable for online work. 5. There are a few supermarkets nearby. The small one is just 3-5 minutes by foot. The bigger one is like 10 minutes by foot. 6. The bus stop is very close too. You can go to the beach and Funchal from there and come back. It was very convenient for me. 7. In general it was not noisy. The neighbors were loud talking/listening to the music sometimes but not that much. And sometimes you can hear the bells from the church for a short period of time, this church looks nice in the evenings, they keep the doors open. 8. There were different kitchenware but I missed the coffee maker. There is a capsule coffee machine but I just prefer making coffee Italian style (in the coffee maker). I had coffee with me but needed to buy the capsules. 9. The check-out was easy for me. I stayed in different places, and I can say this place is a good one to stay. I enjoyed my stay especially the sunsets on the terrace and gifts left on the table in the kitchen. Thank you!

There were a few things which could be fixed. For example, the TV wasn't working in the bedroom and another TV didn't have the options I had in the previous apartment. The sink wasn't working properly in the bathroom because the pipes were clogged. The coffee machine needs to be cleaned from the inside. And there was water in the fridge (I cleaned it but it appears again and again). But I don't see these things as critical. It's just something to fix. In general I recommend this place even for a long stay term.

Apartment was wonderful, it had everything we needed, huge kitchen as well as comfortable living room. Owner Bruno is fantastic, he was very polite and eager to help us with everything we needed. Location is also good, very close to big supermarket, and 5 min drive to the nearest beach. Quiet neighbourhood
