They were doing renovations and updating for summer renters.

The property was clean and very spacious, I loved that the beach was right across the street and everything was in walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay and will be returning very soon.

The apartment was clean and fresh smelling.
There was construction work going on during our stay, some of the bricks while walking on the 4th floor had cracks and looked unstable.
Property is not directly on the beach, but is located across the street. The walk to the beach was not bad though.
