Die Lage ist ganz außergewöhnlich und könnte gar nicht besser sein. Die Ausstattung bzw. Einrichtung ist praktisch und geschmackvoll. Zumindest im Schlafzimmer hat die Klimaanlage gut funktioniert. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hat jeweils schnell geantwortet.
Dass der Zugangscode am Tag der Anreise noch geändert wurde, war sehr unangenehm, weil ich die Nachricht nicht mehr erhalten habe und dann vor Ort erst den Gastgeber kontaktieren musste. Auch mit dem richtigen Code funktioniert das Öffnen der Haustüre eher schlecht. Der 4. Stock ist ohne Lift und mit Gepäck schon eine Herausforderung. Leider hat die Wohnung keine Fenster sonder nur drei Dachluken.

Tutto perfetto! L'appartamento affaccia sulla Piazza del Duomo e quindi è comodissimo per gli spostamenti. La casa è molto bella, pulita e dispone di qualsiasi comfort. Spero di ritornarci!

Me gustó todo. La ubicación es excelente, en el mismo centro histórico de Ferrara: arquitectura, arte, restaurantes y bares. Las instalaciones son excelentes no falta ningún detalle: la cocina, aire acondicionado, los sanitarios y la sala de estar. La decoración es muy funcional y agradable. Resumiendo: un sitio excelente. Además el trato del propietario es muy cercano y atento.
La única pega es que está en un 4º piso sin ascensor. Sin embargo, la calidad del sitio supera con creces este pequeño inconveniente.
