Host gentile e disponibile. Enorme appartamento al piano terra con ampia cucina con lavastoviglie e grande salone-soggiorno. Balcone terrazza e giardino. Letto e cuscini comodi con buone lenzuola. Bagno con comoda doccia e lavatrice. Bella vista sul giardino.
Pulizia molto carente. Frigo con cibo aperto di precedenti ospiti, piano cottura e alcune pentole sporche. Mancanza di alcuni utensili. Cucina male organizzata. Mancano anche diversi cestini per raccolta rifiuti differenziata. Si sentono i rumori e voci dagli altri appartamenti.

La cama, como todo el apartamento, enorme y muy cómoda. El lavabo y la ducha modernos y muy bien. Las instalaciones de la cocina, perfectas. Faltaba la tostadora y trajeron una nueva el mismo día.
Problemas con los olores y limpieza de tapicerías (sofás y sillas) que estan sucios y sobretodo tienen un olor intenso a rancio y a tabaco. El menaje de la cocina no estaba en buen estado y, además, era todo desproporcionado para 2 personas (muy grande). Con menos y mejor sería suficiente. Deberían actualizar muebles salón y sobretodo los tapizados.
