- The location is perfect, close enough to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping high street and walking distance to metro. - The apartment has balcony and window access across all rooms, from living room, to bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, so it’s well ventilated and gets a great deal of morning sun. - Great storage and ample space. - Friendly and accessible staff. - Safe neighbourhood on high street.

- Friday and Saturday nights are noisy despite the double window glazing. You’ll likely hear late night outing groups, cars, and motors till quite late past midnight. (The good and bad side of being close to a high street). - It’s a residential building with wooden floors so you’ll likely hear your top floor neighbours in the evening (Greek families don’t wind down before midnight). May be challenging if you have a kid with you like we did. - Tight bathroom with water leak from shower tiles to the rear of the floor (makes child bathing a challenge).
