    Booked this hotel for a friend and he had a good experience with his stay. He was happy with the hotel overall and had no major issues during his time there. The location was convenient for visiting the Haeundae area, and based on his experience, I would consider booking here again.

    Sea View on Paper, But Not in Reality I am truly disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I booked and paid for a Deluxe Sea View room, expecting a room with a proper ocean view. Unfortunately, the room assigned to me had a heavily obstructed view, with buildings, structures, and a construction/open area dominating the window. Only a small portion of the sea could be seen from the side. I immediately raised my concern with reception, but I was told that it is considered a “Sea View” room simply because a small portion of the sea is visible. As a travel agent, I came to Korea partly to conduct an ocular inspection of hotels that I may recommend to my clients. I specifically wanted to experience the hotel myself before offering it to customers. Unfortunately, after experiencing this firsthand, I cannot confidently offer this particular Sea View room to my clients. If I would not be comfortable giving this room to my own clients, I cannot honestly recommend it as a proper Sea View room. What disappointed me even more was how my concern was handled by the reception. I expected the hotel to at least understand the difference between a genuinely enjoyable sea-view room and a room where the sea is only barely visible from the side. I hope management will review how the Sea View room category is being represented and how guest concerns like this are handled. The hotel may be nice, but for me, the room I received did not match the Sea View experience I paid for.

    This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we arrived early and paid an extra fee for early check-in. Since we were in a hurry to get to our scheduled destination, we left our luggage in the room without thoroughly inspecting it. When we returned that evening, we were shocked by the condition of the bathroom. It was extremely dirty. There was hair on the ceiling, on the floor, and in many other places, and there was visible mold. We booked the room for three people, but only one disposable amenity set was provided, along with two bathrobes. The air conditioner barely worked, the fan was covered in dust, there were two very dirty slippers, only four small hand towels were provided, and there were no bath towels at all. When we reported these issues that evening, the staff did not apologize. Instead, they asked why we hadn’t said anything when we first checked the room. We decided to change rooms, but it was already very late, and moving all of our luggage at that hour was difficult, so we agreed to switch rooms the next morning instead. The smell of the bed linens was extremely strong. It gave me a headache and triggered an allergic reaction, so I could not sleep at all on the first night. After we changed rooms on the second day, a staff member simply asked if everything was okay, but again, there was no sincere apology. Unfortunately, I had another allergic reaction to the bedding in the new room as well. I eventually had no choice but to leave the hotel before dawn. I am deeply disappointed that a hotel would welcome guests while maintaining such poor standards of cleanliness and customer service. This stay negatively affected both my health and my peace of mind. I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
