This was our first time booking through Agoda and our first time trying out a quick staycation. Rovics Suite unit is nice and has a great amount of space for two people.
Location: The unit is located at Cityland Prime Residences near the Rotonda, so food is easy to access. Almost everything is within walking distance. (Note: It's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven.)
Check-in: The process was quick and the staff were nice. If you prefer contactless check-in, Rovics offers that option.
Parking: It’s first-come, first-served and feels safe. (Note: The parking fee is 80 pesos, though we weren't sure if it’s per entry or per day.)
Host: They provided all the necessary information and were very quick to respond to our messages.
Living Room: Cozy and comfortable for lounging and watching movies. (Suggestion: It would be nice to have a Netflix account so guests can fully enjoy the TV.)
Kitchen: Small but serves its purpose. The unit has a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, and basic utensils/plates. (Note: We didn’t find an induction cooker or any cooking appliances.)
Restroom: The shower and toilet are separate, which is a nice touch. It’s clean and was stocked with a fresh roll of toilet paper. (Note: We initially thought the heater didn't work, but you just need to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up.)
Bedroom: The bed is big, comfortable, and clean. It can easily accommodate 2 to 3 people. (Note: Has a working aircon, it's just a bit obstructed by the curtain but still works.)
Balcony: It doesn't have a view of Taal, but the city light's view is also lovely. It’s a bit small but still good.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again!

Best part of this unit, is the bed. unfortunately its the only best thing I can say about the unit. here's the bad news, the toilet stop working day 1, and there was no pressure for the water. We booked for 3 days, but stayed only 1 day. The host can definitely improved the unit, and maybe it will get better, this review is for the day we stayed.
