    I had a great experience at the hotel. I had visited Bengaluru for a Business trip. The highlight was clean rooms and the service. They were so welcoming and helpful proactively for any needs. Especially their manager Mr. Sachin and GM Mr. Samrat datta. The entire staff was courteous. They offered to get some provisions for me from a nearby place. There was a City wide curfew announced a night before I was to leave and Mr. Sachin ensure that I have contacts of a local cab person who could assist me to reach the airport. All proactively. While the hotel location may be a bit inside, I don't think that matters at all as everything is offsetted by the service and quality of rooms. The hotel is brand new (2026) so everything is amazing. The restaurant at the top floor is also fantastic. Good food and vibes. Highly recommend.

    We stayed here with both our kids and elderly parents, and the hotel was perfect for everyone. The staff went out of their way to ensure our parents were comfortable, the rooms were quiet and accessible, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful.

    The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The complementary breakfast is also good. But the receptionists are Rude and Unprofessional. Also their lunch and dinner menu is limited to one veg and one non veg option. They don’t have a Bar either

    Exceptional staff, cleanliness, comfort (beds/showers), great location, delicious food/breakfast, and thoughtful amenities like quiet hallways and easy check-in. Exceptional service: everyone had a warm smile and was very accommodating.
