    The place is little off beat but the kind of service they provide is commendable. Hotel, staff, food everything is upto mark.

    **⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)** Very disappointing experience. Due to the Jammu–Srinagar highway closure, we were unable to reach the hotel for the remaining two nights of our booking. During our one-night stay, the hotel assured us that a refund for the unused nights would be approved considering the exceptional circumstances. However, after checkout, they refused to honor their commitment and denied the refund. The issue is not just the refund, but the lack of integrity in going back on a promise made to guests. Poor customer service and an untrustworthy experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

    The restaurant service at this hotel is extremely poor—really, very bad. The staff do not listen properly to the order and often serve something different from what was requested. They bring the food one item at a time, making us wait for each dish instead of serving the meal together. Overall, the food service is highly disappointing and needs significant improvement.
