    Location is scenic. Atmosphere is calm and friendly. Rooms are neat and clean, designed well. Value for money agreed. Noise level negligible. Housekeeping staff is meticulous , great work by housekeeping manager Sam who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Big shoutout to the restaurant staff, catering, service and kitchen. Authentic and fresh food, with amazing attention to detail by chef Aditya Narayan. Who also took special care of daughter’s meal requirements. We relished the meals , and looked forward to meals daily. Thanks to chef Suman too. Mr Sangam and Mr Sudeep from catering were always observant and prompt, and met all our needs with a warm smile. Reception desk could do a better job, as when we were received we had a genuine requirement of washing cab seat a little , but it was a straight no. Point to mention, the traveller when requests something like this, it is usually genuine and the staff could he trained on how to handle such requests instead of saying no directly. Such an attitude otherwise shows a lack of empathy which is a necessary skill for the front desk staff. The welcome to a place is the first impression. Thanks to the entire rest of the staff who made us disregard the not so welcoming start, but made sure we felt at home away from home. Big shoutout to restaurant and housekeeping team. Thank you so much.

    Had a wonderful time, the breakfast and dinner was amazing, and the best part was, it is pure, veg and located in the best part of Lachung
