    Since the check in till exit, we had to faced the below: 1. We mentioned to the resort of senior citizens been travelling with us. Still we got 1 Room on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor , without any LIFTS!! 2. There was no telephone connection / intercom to connect with the reception. You have to go down 2 floor towards the reception looking for some housekeeping to assist you. 3. There were water seepage in the 2nd room ***. It had a continuous foul smell in the washroom of room *** seemingly wasn’t prepared for check even after 3 hours past check in time... Some room fresh were used by the housekeeping to subside the foul smell. 4. There are no intercoms in all rooms and two rooms out of the three, booked of the same type did not have a television set!! 5. After visiting few religious places, We came back at 8.45pm for Dinner at the resort on 3rd April, only to be told that the dinner gets over by 8pm and the kitchen closes : To our utter surprise as no communication is made neither at the resort nor in their website for the same. We had to go out again and get food for the family. 6. On the check out day, we were told that the bill could get generated due to a server issue .. after waiting and insisting for the bill, a bill of Rs 39k was given for the booking whereas Agoda Charged us *** for the booking. The food bill was hand written!! We were having a feeling of being cheated with an exterior show on website , such as yours in Agoda of a flamboyant property - which is not the case.
