    Was so excited to check in and experience the stay, but "potong stim" during check in when the front office asked for deposit equivalent to the full value of 1 room. Travelled to quite a lot of places and request of deposits are fine but never the value of a full room price. I was shocked and after some arguments on the amount, they're OK to waive the deposits. The room are perfect except for shower room where it was clogged and the water took more than 15mins to drain off. Without these 2 incidents, it would have been perfect.

    An amazing glamping experience, the accommodation was cozy and well equipped. Waking up to breathtaking views and fresh air was truly refreshing..

    The environment is peaceful and perfect for anyone looking to unwind. The room comes with thoughtful amenities such as two camping chairs, marshmallows, coffee, a mini fridge, kettle, drinking water, air conditioning, and bathroom with water heater. At around 8pm, the staff light up the campfire, and guests can bring their camping chairs outside to gather around it. The atmosphere was amazing—everyone sat together, and even if you didn’t know each other, it felt warm and welcoming. They also allow BBQ if you bring your own ingredients, which is a nice option for families and friends. Every corner is so photogenic, making it easy to take beautiful pictures. The only small issue was that the bedsheet had a slight stain, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing glamping getaway! 😊

    The location is great, within Autocity Juru. Lots of places to eat nearby and once youre a guest, there is discount at certain places. The venue is very nice, we enjoyed the campfire, hammock and overall atmosphere. When we checked in and during our first night, En Aidil was very warm and friendly, other staff also very accommodating. Downsides: if crowded, can be noisy. The checkout lady was rude and left a bitter aftertaste to our otherwise wonderful trip. Perhaps should take a lesson or two from En Aidil 👍🏼
