I stayed at Maa Janki Hotel, Varanasi for three days, and unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The cleanliness and housekeeping were not up to the expected standard. The room and surroundings were not maintained properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. On the last day, I had a train in the evening and requested some consideration regarding the checkout. However, the hotel staff demanded the full day's charge, which I found unreasonable given the circumstances.And they have taken full day charge. I was particularly disappointed by the behaviour of the head staff member, Mr. Hitesh. His way of communicating was quite rude and unprofessional, which made an already unpleasant experience worse. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, customer service, and staff behaviour. With better hospitality and professionalism, the hotel could provide a much better experience to its guests.
