    The property informed me on the check in date that the booking was cancelled due to wrong room selection and we had to adjust the stay with different category of rooms demanding extra charges. We reduced our stay by one day to adjust the cost. On the checkout day extra charges of ***/- were demanded and even the Manager, *** threatened us .After we warned that we will record this and report , we were allowed to leave the property premises
