Located in a quiet area in Palmetto Dunes, Palmetto Retreat is a stunning four-bedroom home with lots to offer. This beautiful property is the ultimate beach destination complete with a private pool and mini putt-putt course and hot tub. Moreover, the simplistic and sophisticated style of this home will have you feeling at ease instantly and returning year after year. Bikes are included, making the trip to the beach fast and easy.
As soon as you enter the home, you'll fall in love with the beautiful dining room and tall ceilings. The living room boasts a sectional sofa, which has a comfy queen pull out, and a gorgeous fireplace for the nights you just want to stay in and have a glass of wine. The living room opens to the kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. Additionally, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, it has all the upgrades you could want. The formal dining table has seating for 8 and the breakfast bar seats an addition three people, the kitchen table seats 4, which makes this home the ideal place to host a Thanksgiving or Christmas feast with your family.
In addition to the expansive living space and large kitchen, Palmetto Retreat can sleep upwards of ten guests in its four bedrooms, making it ideal for a big family vacation. The first floor hosts the master bedroom, with large bathroom, an addition queen suite, and 2 bedrooms both with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom. There is a half bathroom off the kitchen and a finished downstairs with kitchen, putting green and seating area.
While Palmetto Retreat's interior is definitely charming, it's this home's outdoor living area that makes this home an excellent "playcation." With a private pool, hot tub, and private yard with plenty of seating on the 2-level decks, you can plan family activities from the comfort of your vacation home. The pool can also be heated for an additional fee per day. In addition, this home is just a few minutes bike ride from the pristine beaches of Hilton Head Island.
