Villa Asya 2 is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom villa with breathtaking sea views, fully air-conditioned, located in the desirable Ortaalan area of Kalkan. Its prime location places it within easy reach of the city centre, the beach, markets, and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends of up to 6 guests.

Villa Asya 2 is adjacent to Villa Asya 1, positioned slightly higher (the middle villa in the complex) on a higher level, with a shared entrance that branches into two separate access staircases.

Villa Asya 2 ticked all the boxes for us - great views, comfortable rooms, a lovely pool and easy access to Kalkan. A very relaxing holiday and one we'd happily repeat.

We loved the pool and outdoor spaces. Plenty of sun loungers, shaded areas for meals, and a BBQ for relaxed dinners. The sunset views from the terraces were a real highlight. We will be booking again for next year.

A very comfortable villa in a great part of Kalkan. The kitchen was well equipped, the lounge was great for evenings in, and shops and restaurants were easy to reach.

Villa Asya 2 worked brilliantly for our group of six. The bedrooms are well separated, the living space is generous, and the terraces gave us lots of room to relax without feeling on top of each other.
