Tucked in Hastings Sunrise near the water, this peaceful garden suite offers comfort, privacy, and convenience. Set in a quiet, green neighbourhood, you’re minutes from Downtown, the PNE, New Brighton Park and North Vancouver.
Walk to transit, explore local cafes on Commercial Drive, or head to the trails on Fromme and Seymour mountains. Enjoy a private entrance, full kitchen, in-suite laundry, and cozy furnishings with your hosts nearby if needed.
The space
This bright, well-appointed suite is designed for comfort and calm. It has two quiet bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, both with quality linens. Two full bathrooms include modern finishes and thoughtful details. Heated floors and high ceilings add warmth and space. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, and there’s a big screen TV with Apple TV for relaxing.
Guest access
The suite is fully self-contained with a private entrance accessed via a dedicated outdoor staircase. The well-lit entry is located on the east side of the property, with convenient access from both the front steps just off Yale Street.

This quiet, owner-occupied home includes a private guest suite below. You’ll have full privacy, but we ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially at night.
