Featuring two king beds, one queen bed, a queen sofa sleeper, and a queen air mattress/Sheets (located in the walk-in closet) it comfortably sleeps eight people.
Guests will enjoy one of the community's largest enclosed patios, complete with Foosball, Tiki Bar, Patio Furniture, Ping Pong, Poker table, Cornhole (bags) and a BBQ Grille (on the front porch). This unit is a private retreat for year-round entertaining.
Unwind in the spacious living room, complete with a large Smart TV with access to Spectrum App, the living room also contains a mini-arcade machine (with the following games: Centipede, Missile Command, Crystal Castle and Millipede).
All bedrooms and the patio are equipped with Roku TVs with access to Spectrum TV app.
