We had a wonderful stay at Illy Aest Gotanda. The apartment is brand new, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with facilities that are perfect for families. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Gotanda Station, making it convenient to explore Tokyo. Although the property is unmanned, the remote support staff were responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and we would happily stay here again.

I love this place. The room is big, well designed and very clean. Everything you want they have and even the washing machine!! If you are ok with a little bit of commute, this is the place for you.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. The location was great for getting around by catching the train. However being on a busy street it was very loud. Simply make use of the complimentary ear plugs and you will have a wonderful stay.

A nice space for our family of 5 (all adults). The check in procedure using the screen in the hallway was a bit tedious, so it's best to complete as much as you can before arrival.
