- Reservation not confirmed until rental agreement is signed and returned
- No Parties (Prom, Graduation, Frat, Wedding Etc.)
- Any gathering exceeding maximum occupancy must be pre-approved
- Pet-free property
- Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund
