On the coast of Goelo, 5 minutes from the seaside, (3 kms) pretty little renovated stone house, located in the old village of Lantic.
Quiet and green area, exceptional setting (small park) that you can use as you please only for walks, ideal for a relaxing holiday, close to amenities, the port and the beaches of BINIC, quick access to the sea. Numerous walks or bike rides.
You have an outdoor parking lot, opposite the house, and also the possibility of entering your vehicle into the property.
The cottage is 4 km from BINIC, appreciated for its beaches, its heated seawater swimming pool,
its marina lined with small restaurants, its GR34 hiking trail, its equestrian centres and mountain bike trails.
You will find the tree climbing adventure park as well as the ponds and forest 1 km from the house.
The farm sale in about 20 minutes on foot.

To finish - It is forbidden to play ball in the park and to pick flowers, but you can play other games and walk around it.
I would like to point out that animals are not allowed, and that it is also forbidden to smoke in the house (ashtrays are available outside)
