There are also horse farms nearby offering beautiful horseback riding on the beach. The garden, with its high wall, is not shared with other people and is pet-friendly. Features include 500mb Wi-Fi, smart TV, barbecue, equipped kitchen, dishwasher/washing machine, king-size beds, and exclusive lagoon kayaks. A tranquil location. The space is ample, with a heated bathtub and Jacuzzi, king-size beds, a comfortable sofa, a large smart TV, a dining table, and a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and laundry facilities. It is walled and private, with facilities for working from home. The spacious garden is ideal for pets, with a barbecue, outdoor stove, pergola, and outdoor benches. Features include 500mb Wi-Fi, thermal insulation, and hot/cold air conditioning. We have two kayaks (the guest's car must have a roof rack or truck bed) for use exclusively in Lagoa da Conceição. Near the house there is a beautiful 15-minute trail through the dunes to the untouched Moçambique beach, possibility of horseback riding along the seashore, a reference beach for surfing. A single family or group will have access to both bedrooms, both loft-style and within a walled 400m2 space. Private entrance. The two bedrooms in the house are spacious and separated by a garden with a pergola. Paved street. Calm trail to the dunes that ends at Moçambique Beach. Supermarket, pharmacy and convenience store nearby, residential neighborhood without bars and parties. I will be accessible by phone/WhatsApp, and in person if necessary.
