Good location, nice and quiet street. Could park outside the house/down the street. Clean, spacious living room. As I was the only guest downstairs, was quiet and my room was next to kitchen which was good for me. There is fridge, microwave, and stove for cooking. However if there were other guests, not sure how the experience would have been. Bedroom was adequate size, with wardrobe and good solid bed with plenty of pillows and new fresh clean sheets. Shared bathroom was good size and had power shower.

The front door keypad wasnt working but when I called I got a quick response and an alternative arrangement was made for me to enter the property. I couldnt open the bedroom door lock at first, but again, with help from the host, she explained how to do it (I had missed one step). So any problem was quickly resolved. Only one bathroom downstairs but luckily no other guests downstairs so didnt have to share during my time. The other guest was upstairs and had an en-suite. Would recommend booking the en-suite if other rooms are taken.
