Close to the ocean. Outdoor space was great. Granddaughter loved the pool.
The screens weren't adequate to keep out the gnats. The windows on the ocean side were difficult to open/shut.
Overall the place was a bit tired, especially the 2nd bathroom/ bedroom area.
