Location great, close to shops and beach but a block away from The hussle and bustle of crowd’s/travellers. Space was nice, loved the art, nicely decorated. Linen very clean.

Disappointed saucepans were not clean. We wanted to self cater….

The property was hard to find as not sign posted

location is excellent, was really easy to get in contact with admin, Comfy couch, beautiful bathroom

a few things were worn out (broken window shutter ) and the pillows were TERRIBLE

The location is great and the cleanliness of the unit was very good. All the facilities were good (except the items listed below) Really liked the outdoor area and the BBQ. Which was fortunate because we could not get the hot plates to work in the kitchen. I would recommend some written instructions left in the unit would be handy.

I had asked the quite a while ago about problems listed in previous reviews I had read, and they responded by saving everything was fixed and there was nothing to worry about. I really think they need a local agent to ensure that everything is working and all maintenance issued are addressed prior to receiving new guests. The amount of time I spent getting the remotes to work was not fair to us. I (at their request) I had to waste my time going out and buying battery's.one had no batteries and one had 1 battery and the third had flat batteries I sent you the receipt for $11 but have not been refunded, as promised. Then after the first week the wifi (which had been working) then we were getting signal that there was no internet. Once again I wasted a lot of time trying to rectify the problem but nothing worked. And as there is no TV arial we had nothing to watch I feel we should have had advanced warning about the no toilet seat which was eventually fixed after 3 days.(very hard to use a square type toilet with no seat.) Other maintence problems: - No taps fitted to laundry trough A fire alarm that has been removed from its fitting A hole in the second bedroom roof patched up with sticky tape Broken louver blades . A problem that has been there for quite a while, making it hard to sleep with the amount of light entering the bedroom. ( I made temporary repairs with cardboard. Again a waste of my holiday time) No knob for the ceiling fan in the second bedroom, making it impossible to use the fan The sliding divider for the laundry appliances. It is jammed and not able to be used. The lower shower head hose is leaking badly but the other shower head is fine. There are possum's in the roof cavity which run around at night making it difficult to sleep. This is a good holiday unit but could be improved so much by addressing the maintenance issues
