The newly built, fully and beautifully furnished villa in typical Istrian stone house style near Novigrad in Buzinija offers in a quiet location in the idyllic landscape overlooking olive groves, vineyards and the sea on one hand ideal conditions to relax - on the other hand, the port town of Novigrad with many beaches, restaurants and bars can be reached quickly. For a perfect family holiday, Villa Sunset offers a private heatable swimming pool with sun porch + deckchairs and a large shaded terrace ideal for spending time together or preparing meals in the evening with friends and family in the outdoor area with barbecue. All rooms are air-conditioned or heated and have flat-screen TVs and en suite bathrooms for maximum privacy and comfort. Villa Sunset delights with a tastefully decorated interior that is decorated in bright colors and gives the feeling of complete relaxation. Pool heating with heat pump upon request at least 2 weeks before arrival; weather-related temperature; pool is available in the period: 13.4.-12.10.Important information: Security deposit will be returned after your departure, on your bank account.
