Staff was very kind to change my twin room to a king size bedroom immediately upon arrival. The kitchen chef prepared delicious tomato soup on request though it wasn't on the menu that day.

I enjoyed the food and meals in the hotel especially in the all-day dining restaurant. The Brew 33 had good choices of drinks and bar bites and kebabs. The F&B staff Chirag JK and Rajkumari were excellent host and made my day after work very pleasant and they do have good knowledge of customer attention to details.
There was an intermittent power issue on one of the day evening and it made sleeping hard and did not allow me to do my work with constant changes from electricity and generator power, The excuse of the duty manager was lame.

close to airport, new property, good staffs, good gym, pool, bar, restaurant, room service.
Since it is a new property, it is experiencing initial hiccups, which is quite normal.

Breakfast was excellent and good service
Overall stay was good. Excellent Room. Front office need more experience in guest experience and good communication skills. They need to have welcome gesture and ask welcome questions to make positive impact.
