It is central to many stores and experiences. The location is easy to access and quite cozy.
We would have liked to have had a load shedding light as others from the area mentioned that the power often goes out in that specific area. This is perhaps something the owner can invest in, but we had no issues with the property itself.

Everything. Such a beautiful place, perfect location for UP students, so cozy and comfortable. All appliances worked, shower pressure was phenomenal which is a non-compromise for me (if shower is horrible I go to the next place). Bed was comfortable, I loved the large desk for working, balcony is huge and it has a lot of cutlery, dishes and cleaning products etc which is essential. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. The old man is also super friendly. Photos are 100% accurate and it’s very spacious.
I think someone forgot to give me toilet paper, but I had a few pieces left and there was no bin in the kitchen so I had to use a plastic bag. The clothing rail was broken too.
