The location is fantastic with many buses just outside the apartment which will connect you really well if you do not have a car. There are also bakeries on the door step and a pub which can come in handy. The garden is nice. Lovely surrounding area.

The property was only cleaned to a basic standard on arrival: sinks, shower and toilet were cleaned but there was dust and hair on the floor, shelves covered with thick dust, dirt behind toilet and in corners. I took photographs with sole purpose of showing the owner standard of cleaning, as I wanted to avoid being charged 70€ for professional cleaning once I leave. Sadly, I got an incredibly defensive response asking what the actual problem is and then told there is no need to "exaggarate". Eventually, someone was sent round to inspect, but as I had an engagement nearby and was not in property, it could not be sorted and I simply cleaned to a much higher standard and took before and after photographs out of fear of owner's response. There is also a broken shower head clip that I reported immediately after noticing (morning after having arrived in evening) and was told this was not there before, implying I broke it? I appreciate the owner does likely not live nearby and has to rely on someone reporting to her but her defensive way to respond made me so uncomfortable and anxious I would not recommend. Having arrived after a very long journey, the last thing I wanted is to have to evidence cleanliness and feeling stressed. I would also note that you have to pay 5€ for towels and bed sheets if you don't bring your own, which can be helpful to know.
