Прекрасное месторасположение, великолепный менеджер, все очень чистое и новое. Номер был небольшой, но светлый и приятный. Комплимент в холодильнике: вода и просеко. Есть кофе машина с отличным кофе. Внизу кафе с разнообразным меню. Дуомо и метро за углом. Забыли штаны в номере, менеджер прислал их в нашу страну за свой счет. Большая благодарность за это!❤️

Close to center & the Duomo.
Communication was bad. I got a lot of information before I checked in l, but when I got there nobody on sight, check in all done with key pads. They either gave me the wrong room or they gave to someone else’s , because when I did find the right door and punched in the code, someone’s luggage was in there. Took them a bit to answer me, even with their emergency what’s app contact number.
Noise is tough if you’re a light sleeper; trams outside the window and the building is over the metro, so you can hear that most of the night too. Rooms are clean and pleasant though if that kind of noise is not an issue for you.
