The impressive pool with mosaic tiles and easy access is surrounded by a sun terrace that is perfect for sunbathing. The trees in the garden provide natural shade, while the large terrace offers a wonderful place for al fresco dining or a barbecue, perfect for savouring the fresh produce from the nearby market in Manacor.
Inside, the villa is an oasis of comfort. Classic exposed beam ceilings and tasteful furnishings create a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living and dining area invites you to relax, with a cosy sofa and a fireplace for cooler evenings. Manacor has a good infrastructure. The beautiful beaches of the east coast can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car. The journey by car to Palma de Mallorca airport takes around 45 minutes.
