Mountain Haven with Panoramic Terrace Views

The drive to the beautifully situated, rustic Finca Biniforani Nou takes us along the old mountain road that connects the capital Palma with the pretty little town of Sóller. The serpentine road is rarely travelled today, but takes you through the dramatically beautiful landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, which have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The villa is located in the middle of this unique natural setting on a huge plot of land, close to one of Mallorca's largest towns, Sóller. It is absolutely quiet, completely secluded and surrounded by green hills that offer great views that you can enjoy from countless places on the property. An ideal holiday destination for guests travelling in a large group, for example for hiking, who want to spend their holiday in complete privacy in a comfortable, spacious finca. The outdoor area of the finca offers just as much as the interior of the rustic finca. Next to the large, covered dining area, which resembles a panoramic terrace, there is a built-in barbecue. From here, too, you can enjoy the unique view of the natural surroundings, which simply cannot be beaten. Just below the panoramic terrace with dining area described above, you will find the pool and its surroundings. There are 16 comfortable loungers around the pool, which can be shaded by partial canopies or a parasol. If you feel like it, you can hone your table tennis skills and invite friends or family over for a little match. The quarrystone finca is built in an angular shape. A small iron gate opens into the inner courtyard, from which the individual parts of the building are accessible. On the terrace there is a wonderfully sheltered, cheerfully colourful seating area where you can enjoy the peace and quiet around the villa with a large group of people. The house itself welcomes us with large, open-plan rooms and living spaces. In the chic kitchen there is a long table with enough space for the whole group. As the villa places great emphasis on the comfort of its guests, it is hardly surprising that each of the cosy bedrooms, some of which are furnished with antique bedsteads, has its own bathroom (with shower or bath). As there is plenty of space for guests, every couple can still enjoy their privacy here. Of course, pets are also welcome as guests. Together with a larger group of travellers, you will find absolute peace and quiet here. The pretty town of Sóller is very easy to reach. There you can go shopping or enjoy the authentic Mallorcan small-town life. Beaches such as Port Sóller, Cala Deía or the natural beach of Sa Foradada are also within easy reach. Sóller is also known as the Garden of Mallorca, as the town is located in one of the most fertile valleys in Mallorca. Lemons, oranges, olives and almonds grow there in particular.
