The beach is just 170 metres away on foot from here, making it almost like an extension of the house's outdoor area. After sunbathing and splashing around in the sea, return to the grounds of the villa to find a beautiful outdoor area that the owner has lovingly landscaped with flowerbeds and shrubs. Here you will find a place where you can enjoy the shade of your covered terrace and plan your afternoon over a cup of coffee or tea. You may also want to start preparing the evening BBQ; there is a separate patio area equipped with two sun loungers where you can relax. In Japanese Zen gardens, pebbles often represent the sea. They also play a prominent role in this garden, which, in combination with the proximity of the sea and the salty air, contributes to the maritime character of this place. The white-painted façade leaves no doubt that you are in a Mediterranean setting. White also dominates the interior of your villa, alongside the calming green colour of the floor. However, don't worry about the noise level - the villa itself is by no means in such a hot spot, although you may occasionally hear traffic noise from the road directly in front of the house. During the day, you may want to take a walk and discover the lighthouse with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the sea or visit the market on Saturdays. After a successful round of golf or a good swim at one of the many beaches such as Cala Lliteres, you can reward yourself with a leisurely stroll through the atmospheric town of Artà, just 10 km away, with its colourful mix of cafés and small shops.
