The two-storey villa "Can Guillem Boquet" offers an unforgettable holiday by the sea, with wide doors and windows that open onto terraces and a balcony so that you never miss a moment of the breathtaking views of the coast.
The villa overlooks the sea and offers unrivalled views, while the car park and carport are discreetly positioned to the rear. Just 200 metres from the tranquil Cala Petita, the beach is almost like your own private sanctuary perfect for an early morning swim or a quiet evening by the water. Back at the villa, you can relax by the small pool on the lawn, unwind with a good book in the shady pergola or soak up the sun on the lounge terrace surrounded by flowers and plants. The barbecue area is ideal for preparing fresh fish while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
Inside, "Can Guillem Boquet" combines modern comfort with rustic charm. The fully equipped kitchen leads into a cosy living/dining room with fireplace and TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. The three bedrooms on the ground floor have 1.60 metre double beds, while the upper floor is furnished with single beds. Each floor has a bathroom with bath or shower, and outdoor water facilities are available for rinsing off after a trip to the beach.
With one foot in Porto Cristo and the other (almost) in the sea, the villa "Can Guillem Boquet" offers the ideal conditions for a perfect holiday. It is just a few steps to the secluded Cala Petita, 2.5 km to the picturesque harbour with its shops and fish restaurants and a stroll along the promenade. And Manacor, 15 km away, is ideal for longer shopping trips.
