Balcony Views and Biking Bliss

The modern Villa Isabel is located on a well-kept plot surrounded by hedges near the south coast of Mallorca. From here you can easily reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Sa Rápita by bike, which you can safely park on site or hire locally. In addition to well-developed cycle paths by the sea, the villa is located on a designated cycle route, so you can combine your beach holiday with relaxing cycle tours in the beautiful surroundings. There is a lovely pool with sun loungers and parasol behind the house. A covered terrace with outdoor dining area is perfect for barbecues and al fresco dining. On the upper floor there are two balcony terraces with beautiful views of the pool and the surrounding villas. Inside, the bright living room with fireplace and access to the pool terrace flows into the dining area and kitchen. On this level there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom. A staircase in the entrance area leads to the upper floor. Here you will find a restful night's sleep in one of the three double bedrooms. One of them has an en suite bathroom. Two of them have access to their own balcony terrace. There is also another separate bathroom on the upper floor. The entire house is equipped with radiators, making the villa a comfortable option even outside the high season in Mallorca. The villa is located in the quiet harbour village of Sa Rápita on the south coast of Mallorca. There is a small supermarket in the village; for larger purchases, Campos is a 15-minute drive away.
