Sofas in stylish grey or warm raspberry red invite you to relax, take a short siesta or watch football on the telly. Minimalist touches and wooden features provide the perfect backdrop to the understated elegance. From the entrance, turning left takes you down a long corridor to the first set of wheelchair-accessible bedrooms, each with a state-of-the-art bathroom (one of which has a bath), elegant wooden beds and direct access to the terrace. Splashes of colour perfectly complement the understated décor. On the upper floor are five further bedrooms with bathrooms, all en-suite, and three with access to a large terrace. The house features two further apartments on the pool level, each with two bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom, accommodating a further eight people. Naturally, this villa is also the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful south-east of the island in comfort: the small, picturesque town of Felanitx, just around the corner, beckons with its narrow streets, cafés, one of Mallorca’s oldest churches and the lively atmosphere of the Sunday market. Sailing enthusiasts will be in their element at the impressive natural fishing harbour of Portocolom, where they can dream of their grand voyages across the seven seas whilst relaxing in quaint bars, pubs and typical Mallorcan restaurants. The town itself is well worth a visit for its historic old town.
