However, this holiday home has much more to offer, which, on closer inspection, it is happy to conjure out of its hat. This includes, for example, the lush vegetation, including mature trees, which nestles in the garden area and provides airy natural shade as well as a completely idyllic atmosphere in which you can quickly and happily feel at home. The pool offers 8 x 4 metres of cool, pleasantly accessible water and is decoratively adorned with mosaic stones and meander patterns. After refreshments, the comfortable loungers invite you to simply slide into the most beautiful spot and perhaps indulge in doing nothing for a while. A great place for breakfast in the morning or a barbecue in the evening is the spacious terrace right next to the house, from where you have a beautiful view of the garden and pool area. The balcony on the upper floor is also a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the marvellous view. The interior of the house is rather unpretentious without being plain. Solid furniture, lots of wood and a few moderate but skilfully placed accents create a very inviting living atmosphere, which also makes staying indoors very attractive. Relax comfortably on one of the stylish sofas or sit together at the dining table, which is located in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. A double bedroom, a bathroom and a guest toilet are also located on the ground floor, while the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the upper floor. The bedrooms are slightly different in style so that everyone can choose their perfect sleeping arrangements according to their individual preferences. Both bathrooms have natural light and are equipped with showers. The very well-kept finca Casa Andrea is quietly located near Ses Salines on a plot of 17,000 m². The nearest beaches are only a few kilometres away, including the popular Es Trenc. You can do your daily shopping in Santanyi (approx. 15 minutes by car). Cala Figuera, approx. 13 km away, invites you to stroll and linger with its beautiful coastal promenade. The air conditioning in the accommodation is included in the price, but its use is limited to the period from 21:00 to 09:00. After this time, the fee will be charged in cash on site.
