The charming stone finca "Can Tiró" is nestled on a large plot with lush greenery and its own orange grove, where you can pick fresh, delicious tropical fruit in season.
Surrounded by terraces and a pool, the house offers a secluded yet not isolated retreat in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside. The pool, which is located on one of the terrace levels, is securely enclosed with a gate, making it ideal for families with young children. From the pool you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and distant mountains. With sun loungers and various seating areas, there is always a perfect spot to relax in the sun or shade. You can park your hire car directly at the driveway.
Inside, "Can Tiró" is just as inviting with a carefully curated mix of traditional and modern elements. Dark wood complements bright white walls and tiled floors are combined with charming home accessories. All rooms are on one level. The open-plan living and dining area allows you to relax on the comfortable sofa while enjoying the TV, with a beautifully carved wooden arch leading to the dining area. The small but fully equipped kitchen offers additional seating at the chic counter, perfect for a quick breakfast or a glass of wine while cooking. Two bedrooms and an en suite bathroom complete the living space.
This property is situated in a beautiful rural location in the centre of Mallorca. The village of Costitx is only approx. 1.4 km away via the audible road and the bay of Alcúdia with its various beaches is a good 26 km away.
