Very organised, and everything fits perfectly in place. The air conditioner in the master bedroom needs some maintenance, but overall, everything is great and we’re very happy with it.

Location, cleanliness
- my first job on arrival was return bins to house as it was bin day (not welcoming)
- arrived to no wifi but contacted owner straight away and was rectified.
- arrived to multiple vertical blinds missing. Found some in cupboard and installed myself. Notified owner and he also assisted
- no vacuum cleaner so couldn’t clean the carpets in rooms
- 1 doona cover on each bed and it was freezing. Reverse cycle heating in each room but I don’t like leaving on all the time due to cost and makes me feel sick
- Didn’t get an option for room to use as the owner locked the other rooms which was strange. He did ask how many rooms required and I said 3 but just strange how you advertise for 5 bedrooms then proceed to lock the other rooms.
