The Sixteen Suite - Città Studi District, Milan

Fantastic! Pierpaolo and his wife welcomed us to the flat warmly. Very helpful and polite. The flat is recently renovated, very clean, spacious and modern. Definitely we would choose our staying there on our next trip in Milan.

First of all, the hosts’ support and attitude were fantastic. From guiding us through the Olympic Milan traffic to giving us a warm and thoughtful welcome, everything was above expectations. The second pleasant surprise was the apartment itself. Despite our extensive experience with Booking dot com photos, this place actually looked better in real life than in the pictures. It’s located in a lovely residential area full of small cafés and shops, with friendly, smiling people everywhere. There’s a pharmacy right across the street, a mini‑market within 100 meters, and the metro entrance is about a one‑minute walk away. The apartment was warm and full of natural light, with large windows and a spacious, comfortable bedroom. Overall, it’s a truly great place to stay in Milan.

There was really nothing to dislike. Perhaps the only minor thing was the hot‑water system — typical for residential flats — which requires waiting about 10–20 seconds after turning on the tap for the water to warm up.
