Location
Hidden 25% extra charges. Illegal charge of VAT to foreign residents (19%) plus extra 6% charge for paying with Credit Card. Plus you have to leave damage deposit.
On top of that, unit didnt have microwave, washing machine or desk chair promised during booking. When mentioned this to the staff the first day, I was ignored. The night before my checkout they asked if I wanted the microwave.
“Balcony” is non existent, one person standing up doesn’t fit.
The auxiliary bedroom is super small, mattress against walls, not even a nightstand. Mattress is super uncomfortable.
Staff is always glued to phone or screens, not even once greeted.
